If one of your recommended colleagues registers with us and then goes on to work, we’ll send you a choice of thank-you the week after they start:
£100 Red Letter Days voucher – non taxable – OR
Gift card to the value of £100. Use it alone to enjoy an experience like driving a Ferrari, a light aircraft flight, a pamper spa day, a London pleasure flight or many, many other choices. Or you can put it towards a more expensive experience. As these are in the form of a voucher, you do not have to pay tax.
£100 Marks & Spencer vouchers – non taxable – OR
Gift card to the value of £100. £100 to spend as you wish or to give to someone else. As this is in the form of a voucher, you do not have to pay tax.
Money – taxable
Hard cash paid through our payroll. Your reward in this form is subject to tax at your current rate – this could mean you pay up to 40% of the £100 in tax.
Recommendation Scheme – terms and conditions
Doctors registered with Medic International or Holt Doctors (the “Recommender”) who recommend a colleague (the “Recommended Doctor”) who then subsequently works for Medic International or Holt Doctors are eligible for a reward of £100 (the “Reward”). This reward may be taken in the following forms:
1. Red Letter Days voucher to the value of £100
2. Marks & Spencer voucher to the value of £100
3. £100 paid via payroll and which is subject to taxation at the Recommender’s applicable rate
The Recommended Doctor must provide clear details of the Recommender at the point of registration. We must be able to identify the Recommender from the details the Recommended Doctor provides to us.
The Reward will be issued to the Recommender within one week of the Recommended Doctor first working for either Medic International or Holt Doctors.
There is no limit to the number of Rewards which may be payable to a Recommender.
It is the responsibility of the Recommended Doctor to provide details of the Recommender when they register with Medic International or Holt Doctors. If this information is not provided at the point of registration, no Reward will be issued subsequently.
Medic International and Holt Doctors reserves the right to end this scheme and will post notice to this effect on the company websites one calendar month prior to the closure of the scheme.
How do you ensure you receive your reward?
You need to make sure your colleague gives us your name at the point of registration with us. If you call us or email us and give us their details directly, please ensure you have checked with your colleague first. We can then contact them ourselves.
We’ll attach your details to your colleagues’ details in our database and ask you which form of reward you would like to receive. As soon as they work, we will make arrangements for your reward to be sent to you.
It’s really easy. The terms and conditions are straightforward – as long as the doctor works and we have been given clear information at the point in time the doctor registers with us that you recommended them to us, you will receive your reward. And you can receive as many rewards as you would like, we just need a doctor attached to each one!!! So make sure the doctor gives us your details at the point of registration and not later on as we cannot accept it.
